Cool Links Via The Internet

The Internet is full of so much greatness. I come across so many great links and videos that I don’t know what to do with – the type you just need to share. So here’s a small list of links and videos I recommend.

01. Saddest Calendar on the Internet: A Daily Tracker of Trump’s Damage – Pretty much self explanatory. This calendar keeps you up to date with the daily actions Trump has been making, which is frustrating but informative. It’s the kind of news we need to keep up with so we know what we’re fighting for. Everyday there seems to be something new we need to fight for. I don’t know about you, but I’m starting to get exhausted.

02. This Guy Turns OCD Hoarding Into Amazing Photos – Photographer Jim Golden photographs objects into collections in such an organized fashion. I love flat lays that are so organized amazingly like this. I appreciate how he groups similar items together. It’s just so fun…and so damn well organized.

03. Make Trump Tweets Eight Again – The Daily Show created a Google Chrome and Firefox extension to change the font of Trump’s tweets. It’s pretty hilarious and really brings out the true Trump.

04. Freddie Mercury Vocal Solo Track From “We Are The Champions

Absolutely amazing hearing the solo track. This audio gives makes me appreciate Freddie Mercury and his voice. He was truly a master of his craft with his melodies and many vocal ranges. You can’t help but get chills listening to this.

05. Lost Indie Bands Of The 2000s – The list of 20 on NME has bands I’ve heard of and also never heard of and it’s exciting to discover bands from the past that are new to me even if they’re not so new. I don’t think that sentence made sense, but I think you know what I’m getting at. I’m always eager to discover music that is new to me, and the early 2000s is full of bands that are kinda obscure in a way. We were just leaving the 90’s entering a new era and I feel like a lot of band from then seemed to slip through the cracks which is unfortunate. That’s why I love lists like these.

06. 12 Signs of Breast Cancer Every Woman Needs to Know – And something visual for all the ladies to look at really puts into perspective the different signs you should look out for shown in lemons. It’s creative and insightful. Who’da’thunk’it.

07. Detour” by Anna Radchenko

I’m usually not a fan of short movies, but every so often I come across one that captures my attention and this short is definitely one. It goes to show how important set design is, and this is one visually appealing video. Kudos to creatives who come up with pieces such as this. #inspiration.

I love browsing the internet for new and funny links. Enjoy, and happy Monday!
